This is an outrage. I was going to eat that mummy!
Now that everyone's awake, anyone wanna grab a drink before the bars close?

Wow... it's been so long since I lived out there, I've completely forgotten what quakes feel like.

I need to make my way back out to Irvine to visit some of the family in the near future. I miss my cali.

was just a baby, but enough to wake us up.

...although it's been really quiet lately.

Growing up feeling earthquakes, I was always scared. But somehow, it seems tradition to desire those jolts once in a while.

Or maybe I'm just lacking sexual desire.

Hmmm...

Did your mom call to make sure you were ok? It took me ages to train my mom not to worry for anything under a 6.0.

Thank the gods, no. After I saw the AP had picked up the tiny little thing, I thought for sure I was in for a 6 am wake up call.

I think after so many times of her calling and hearing me say, "We had an earthquake?" eventually trained her.

I just read about this and signed on here to e-mail you. Lo and behold, you're OK. :) Yes, I realize 4.5 isn't all THAT much, but y'know. I've never been through a .045. :)

Shake, rattle and roll,
